Client Onboarding Roadmap




STEP 1: Schedule Your Free Virtual Consultation
Discovery Form: Complete and submit it before your virtual consultation (required).
Ensure All Decision-Makers Attend: All owners or partners should be present at the consultation.
Consultation Discussion: We will review your requirements and may request read-only access to your financial records and bank statements.
Proposal and Engagement Letter: If we agree, we'll send you a proposal and engagement letter based on our discussion.


STEP 2: Engagement Letter


Proposal Approval: The proposal requires approval, and the engagement letter needs to be signed.
Agreement Formalization: The engagement letter formally establishes our partnership.
Retainer and Payments: All owners and partners must sign, and the retainer fee or the first month’s payment is due before we commence work.
Automatic Monthly Payments: Monthly fees will be automatically deducted through ACH..
STEP 3: Setup & Ongoing Support
New QuickBooks Users: We’ll manage your setup for a one-time fee and recommend the best billing plan.
Existing QuickBooks Users: Provide us access, and we will carry out a diagnostic review of your books for a one-time fee.
Transaction Reconciliation: We will retrieve and reconcile your bank transactions monthly or quarterly, depending on your plan.
Clear Instructions: Each month, we’ll provide you with a list of required documents.
Regular Financial Health Reviews: At the end of each month or quarter, schedule a consultation to evaluate your business's financial condition.
