We use QuickBooks for all our bookkeeping and accounting services. We work with both existing QuickBooks users and those needing setup assistance.

What are my monthly responsibilities as a business owner?

We’ll provide transaction logs for you to record transaction details, which you’ll submit along with your bank statements each month.

In the initial months, I’ll ask additional questions to better understand your business and establish an efficient routine.

During our recommended monthly or quarterly conference calls, we’ll discuss strategies to improve profitability and help you develop strong financial habits.

Do you prepare taxes?

No, we don’t handle tax preparation. However, when bookkeeping is done accurately and good financial habits are maintained, any tax professional can easily prepare your business return.

What are your rates?

Pricing is based on the complexity of your financial needs and the requirements of your business. Basic bookkeeping and accounting services start at $250 per month, with adjustments made for the number of accounts to reconcile and transaction volume.
